MQ95 Clothing – Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through MQ95 Clothing. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Returned within 14 days of the delivery date

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition with all tags and packaging intact

MQ95 Clothing reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Items designated as “final sale”

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned without prior approval

  • Any sale items over 30% discounted, including Black Friday, Flash Sale, Cyber Monday, and holidays are deemed as final sales. 

Return Authorization Process

All returns require authorization prior to shipment. To request a return, please contact us at support@mq95.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • MQ95 Clothing is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refund Processing

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.

  • If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges

MQ95 Clothing does not offer direct exchanges. Customers wishing to obtain a different size or item must return the original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting support@mq95.com and providing clear photographic evidence. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

Limitation of Liability

MQ95 Clothing is not responsible for damages resulting from improper use, care, or handling of purchased items. All products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Policy Modifications

MQ95 Clothing reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will apply only to orders placed after the revised Policy is published.
